Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned, except in cases of defects.
Return Process:
- Contact support@ellisei.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers may place a new order if desired.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards, opened cosmetics, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
